Real Estate Associate — Washington, D.C.

Highly regarded national law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join its Washington, D.C. office. The role focuses on commercial real estate transactions across leasing, acquisitions/dispositions, and development matters.

The team handles a broad mix of work including leasing, mixed‑use and multifamily development, condominium projects, and regulatory issues (e.g. TOPA, ROFRs, rent‑control matters). The office emphasizes mentorship, collaborative teamwork, and professional development.

• 1–4 years of commercial real estate transactional experience.
• Active bar license in D.C., Maryland and/or Virginia.
• Experience with leasing plus one or more of: acquisitions, dispositions, development, condominium or multifamily work.
• Strong academic credentials, excellent writing and communication skills.
