Real Estate Associate / Special Counsel — Lender-Side Focus

A market-leading Real Estate practice is seeking an experienced associate or special counsel to join its growing lender-side real estate finance team. The role is open in multiple major U.S. markets and offers the opportunity to work closely with a collaborative group on high-value commercial real estate loan transactions.

The position is focused on representing lenders in commercial real estate loans, with a particular emphasis on construction lending. This is an excellent platform for a junior partner-track associate or experienced counsel seeking meaningful responsibility and direct client contact in a fast-growing practice.

• At least 6 years of law firm experience
• Significant experience representing lenders in commercial real estate loans
• Construction loan experience preferred but not required
• Commitment to focusing at least 60% of time on lender-side work
• Outstanding academic credentials
• Comparable law firm experience and excellent written and oral communication skills
