Real Estate Associate / Special Counsel — Lender-Side

Seeking a mid- to senior-level real estate lawyer to join a national practice with a lender-side focus. The role is open across multiple U.S. offices and will sit within a market-leading real estate team.

Ideal candidates will spend at least 60% of their time on lender-side matters and will handle commercial real estate loan transactions; construction loan experience is a strong plus. The team offers exposure to sophisticated financing matters and collaborative deal execution.

• Minimum 6 years of law firm experience (PQE)
• Substantial experience representing lenders on commercial real estate loans
• Construction loan experience preferred but not required
• Willingness to focus at least 60% of time on lender-side work
• Strong academic credentials and excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proven transaction experience at a reputable law firm
