An elite global law firm seeks a resource attorney to support its market-leading Capital Markets practice group, which consistently ranks among the top US and global firms advising issuers and investment banks on IPOs, follow-on offerings and other capital markets transactions, with especially active SPAC and deSPAC work for technology and life sciences companies.

This is a non-client-facing, non-billable role focused on amplifying the practice group's know-how, marketing and business development efforts and practitioner efficiency. Responsibilities include tracking legal and regulatory developments, developing and maintaining client alerts, white papers and external tools, curating internal practice resources and work-product archives, maintaining and updating forms and templates, coordinating speaking engagements and webinars, supporting branding and RFP responses with Marketing, and collaborating with Professional Development, Information Services and Practice Innovation on training and technology adoption.

Ideal for a licensed attorney with substantive capital markets experience and a strong grasp of corporate governance and SEC reporting who thrives as a self-starter, team player and confident presenter in a fast-evolving practice.

Licensed attorney with at least 5 years' experience representing issuers and investment banks in capital markets transactions
Strong understanding of corporate governance, SEC reporting requirements and related matters
Excellent written, verbal and drafting skills
Confident, engaging presenter with strong judgment and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with technology and life sciences industries preferred
Self-starter with strong organization, time management and attention to detail
