Capital Markets Resource Attorney

Our Capital Markets practice is consistently ranked among the top groups for representing issuers and investment banks in IPOs, follow-on offerings, and other public and private capital-raising transactions, including a highly active SPAC and deSPAC practice.

We are seeking a Capital Markets Resource Attorney to support our practice group in the following areas:

• Monitoring legal and regulatory developments relevant to capital markets and communicating updates to the practice
• Developing and maintaining client alerts, white papers, external tools, and internal know-how resources
• Updating forms and templates to reflect current legal developments and industry standards
• Coordinating webinars, speaking engagements, and thought leadership materials
• Supporting business development efforts, including RFP responses and marketing initiatives
• Collaborating with professional development and information services teams to enhance training and leverage technology

Qualifications: Licensed attorney with at least 5 years of experience representing issuers and investment banks in capital markets transactions, and a strong understanding of corporate governance and SEC reporting requirements.

Success factors: Subject matter expertise, strong communication and drafting skills, a collaborative team player, confident presenter, self-starter, and strong organizational skills. Knowledge of technology and life sciences industries is a plus.

• JD and active bar license
• Minimum of 5 years of capital markets experience (PQE 5+)
• Strong knowledge of securities regulation and SEC reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects
