A leading global law firm is seeking an experienced M&A Resource Attorney to support its Corporate M&A practice group. This is a non-client-facing, non-billable role focused on enabling the firm's transactional lawyers to work more efficiently and effectively through knowledge management, precedent development and legal education.

The role involves managing a transaction database of deal terms, drafting and maintaining template documents and precedent libraries, monitoring legal and regulatory developments relevant to M&A, and coordinating with internal teams on associate training and M&A content for marketing and business development.

This is an opportunity to join as the second Resource Attorney supporting the M&A group, working collaboratively with the senior Resource Attorney and contributing to resource, knowledge management and practice innovation initiatives.

Licensed attorney with at least 7 years of experience in a US M&A corporate/transactional practice
Working knowledge of public and private M&A, corporate governance, board fiduciary duties and market trends
Strong drafting and organizational skills
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and stakeholders
Flexible, collaborative team player willing to support evolving initiatives
