Apply in confidence →A leading global law firm is seeking an experienced M&A resource attorney to join its Corporate group. This is a non-client-facing, non-billable role designed to support the firm's transactional practitioners by enhancing efficiency, knowledge sharing, and practice innovation.
The position focuses on building and maintaining practice resources rather than handling client matters directly. You will manage a transaction database, develop and curate M&A templates and precedents, monitor legal and regulatory developments, and collaborate with internal teams on training and business development content. You will also field day-to-day requests from attorneys for precedents, templates, and other resources, and contribute to new knowledge management and practice innovation initiatives.
This is a collaborative role that works closely with a senior resource attorney and various internal stakeholders. The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package and a collegial, innovation-driven environment.
- Licensed attorney with at least 7 years of experience in a US M&A corporate/transactional practice
- Solid understanding of public and private M&A, corporate governance, board fiduciary duties, and market trends
- Strong drafting and organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and coordinate with attorneys and other stakeholders
- Flexible, team-oriented approach and willingness to support evolving resource initiatives
