A leading global law firm is seeking an experienced M&A Resource Attorney to support its corporate practice group. This is a non-client-facing, non-billable role focused on enabling the firm's M&A attorneys to work more efficiently and effectively through knowledge management, precedent development, and practice innovation.

The role involves managing and auditing the firm's transaction database, drafting and maintaining M&A templates and precedents, and monitoring legal and regulatory developments to keep practice resources current. The attorney will also coordinate with the legal education team on associate training content, collaborate with marketing on M&A promotion and business development materials, and field day-to-day requests for precedents and resources.

This is a collaborative position working alongside a senior Resource Attorney, with opportunities to contribute to new knowledge management and practice innovation initiatives. The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, generous parental leave, and paid vacation and holidays. The expected annual pay range is $275,000–$335,000, with final compensation dependent on geographic location, experience, and skillset.

  • Licensed attorney with at least 7 years of experience in a US M&A corporate/transactional practice
  • Working knowledge of public and private M&A, corporate governance, board fiduciary duties, and market trends
  • Strong drafting and organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and coordinate with attorneys and stakeholders
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving initiatives and a collaborative team-oriented approach
