A leading global law firm is seeking a resource attorney to support its Infrastructure, Energy & Real Estate group. This is a non-client-facing, non-billable position focused on strengthening the group's knowledge management, thought leadership, training and business development capabilities so that practicing attorneys can work more informed and efficiently.

The role sits at the center of a fast-moving legal, regulatory, commercial and financing landscape. You will monitor and synthesize federal, state and local developments affecting infrastructure, energy and real estate — including restrictions and moratoriums on large-scale data center and construction projects — alongside trends in energy generation, transmission, permitting and interconnection, supply chains and project financing structures.

You will prepare timely internal briefings and market updates, help attorneys anticipate client questions and emerging issues, and contribute to client alerts, white papers and presentations. You will also build and maintain practice resources, forms, precedents and checklists, coordinate trainings and webinars, support pitches and RFP responses, and collaborate with knowledge management, practice innovation and technology teams on tools that improve how practice resources are created and delivered.

Licensed attorney with a minimum of five years of relevant experience
Experience strongly preferred in infrastructure development, energy or renewable energy, real estate, project development, project finance, land use, permitting or related regulatory matters
Strong grasp of the legal and commercial considerations affecting large-scale data center, energy and infrastructure projects
Excellent research, writing and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex developments into practical, accessible guidance
Experience supporting knowledge management, thought leadership, training or business development is a plus
Collaborative, self-starting and highly organized, with comfort using legal research and knowledge management tools
