Apply in confidence →We are seeking a resource attorney to support our Infrastructure, Energy & Real Estate Group. In this non-billable role, you will help our attorneys stay ahead of a rapidly evolving legal, regulatory, commercial, and financing landscape—strengthening knowledge management, thought leadership, training, and business development across the group.
You will monitor and synthesize legal and market developments, track energy and supply chain trends, prepare internal briefings, support client alerts and white papers, develop practice resources and know-how, coordinate trainings, assist with pitches and RFP responses, and collaborate with attorneys and business professionals across the firm.
This role does not involve direct client work or billable hours.
- Licensed attorney with at least five years of relevant experience.
- Strongly preferred experience in infrastructure development, energy, renewable energy, real estate, project development, project finance, land use, permitting, or related regulatory matters.
- Strong understanding of legal and commercial considerations affecting large-scale data center, energy, and infrastructure projects.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex developments into practical guidance.
- Experience supporting knowledge management, thought leadership, training, or business development is a plus.
