Growing Real Estate group in Washington, D.C. seeks an experienced commercial real estate attorney to handle acquisitions, development, financing, leasing, management and dispositions. The role is open to senior associates and junior partner–level candidates.

Work will involve representation of developers, owners, managers, institutional and private investors, and lenders on transactional matters, with opportunities to lead joint-venture negotiations. The team values strong analytical ability, independent judgment, and excellent academic credentials.

Candidates must be admitted to, and in good standing with, the D.C. Bar.

Experience advising developers, owners, managers, institutional and private investors, and/or lenders on acquisition, development, financing, leasing, management and sale of real estate
Experience negotiating real estate joint venture transactions preferred
Strong analytical skills and excellent academic credentials
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Admission to and good standing with the D.C. Bar
