Growing national law firm seeks a transactional Real Estate associate to join its Washington, D.C. office. The role focuses on work for developers, owners, managers, institutional and private investors, and lenders across acquisitions, development, financing, leasing and dispositions.

The team offers collaborative, deal-focused work and exposure to a broad real estate practice. Candidates should be comfortable with complex transactional matters and able to contribute strong analytical and drafting skills.

2–5 years of transactional real estate experience (acquisitions, development, financing, leasing, or sales)
Experience with developers, owners, managers, investors and/or lenders
Strong analytical skills and proven academic credentials
Admitted to the D.C. bar or eligible for admission/waiver
Team-oriented, with excellent drafting and client service abilities
