Seeking a partner to lead and expand a busy construction and real estate litigation practice in the Boise office of a national law firm. The role combines courtroom and dispute-resolution work with client management across commercial construction, development, and related real estate matters.

The successful candidate will take a leadership role within the litigation team, handling complex commercial and construction disputes, supervising associates, and working closely with other practice groups on transactional and regulatory issues. The firm welcomes candidates able to bring a portable practice and established client relationships.

Proven partner-level experience handling construction and commercial real estate litigation.
Strong trial and arbitration skills and track record of managing complex disputes.
Demonstrated ability to originate and grow client relationships; portable book of business a plus.
Bar admission in Idaho or eligibility to be admitted; leadership and staff management experience.
