Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join its Northern Virginia real estate and construction litigation team. The role focuses on handling complex commercial real estate disputes, construction-defect and delay claims, and related contentious matters for institutional and corporate clients.

The partner will lead significant matters from intake through trial/arbitration, mentor junior lawyers, and work closely with multidisciplinary teams on cross-practice issues. The position offers access to an established platform and opportunities to expand a portable practice.

Partner-level experience specializing in real estate and/or construction litigation.
Demonstrated trial and/or arbitration experience and a record of handling complex commercial disputes.
Ability to originate and develop business; a portable practice is welcome.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills; experience managing client relationships and multi-lawyer teams.
