Lateral Partner — Antitrust & Competition, Litigation (Northern Virginia, McLean)

Established global law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Northern Virginia (McLean) office to lead and grow antitrust and competition work alongside related commercial litigation and transactional matters. The role offers a platform to manage significant, cross-disciplinary matters and to work with an experienced team across practice areas.

The ideal candidate will have a proven antitrust practice, strong courtroom or litigation experience, and the ability to collaborate on corporate transactions where competition issues arise. The position provides firm resources and national support to expand client relationships and business development in the region.

• Experienced partner-level practitioner primarily focused on antitrust and competition matters, with substantial litigation experience.
• Track record of managing complex, cross-border or multi-party matters and supervising teams.
• Demonstrable business development skills; a portable book of business or clear ability to generate work is desirable.
• Bar admission and good standing in relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s).
