Leading law firm in Silicon Valley is seeking a lateral partner to join its real estate and construction litigation team. The role focuses on handling complex commercial disputes arising from real estate transactions, construction projects and related contractual matters.

The successful candidate will lead high-stakes matters, manage and mentor associates, and work closely with clients across the region. There is an opportunity to grow an existing practice in a well-resourced litigation platform; a portable book of business is welcomed.

Established partner-level experience in real estate and construction litigation or related commercial litigation.
Proven record of leading complex trials, arbitrations or high-value dispute resolutions.
Demonstrated client development skills; ability to grow or bring portable business.
Strong team leadership and mentoring experience; excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
