Senior partner opportunity to lead and expand a real estate and construction practice in a major Chicago office. The role will handle a mix of transactional, development and construction matters and work with a range of corporate, developer and institutional clients.

The firm is looking for a partner who will originate and deepen client relationships, mentor and grow a team, and collaborate across related practice groups. Portable clients or an existing book of business are welcome and will be a meaningful part of the evaluation.

Established partner-level experience in real estate and construction matters (transactions, development, and/or construction disputes)
Proven track record of client origination and relationship management; portable business preferred
Experience leading and developing teams and working cross-functionally with other practice groups
Bar admission and good standing in the relevant jurisdiction (Illinois preferred) and strong commercial judgment
