Senior real estate partner role with a well-established regional law firm seeking a lawyer to lead and grow its Chicago transactional real estate practice. The position focuses on representing developers, owners and investors on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and complex commercial real estate matters.

The successful candidate will take a visible practice leadership role, supervising associates and working closely with firm leadership to expand client relationships in the Chicago market. A portable practice or demonstrated origination ability is welcome.

Partner-level track record in commercial real estate transactions (acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financings)
Proven client development and relationship-management skills; portable business welcome
Experience supervising and mentoring associates and leading deal teams
Admission to practice in Illinois (or ability to become admitted)
