An established New York-based law firm is seeking a partner to join its Real Estate & Construction team. The role focuses on advising developers, owners and contractors on transactional and project-related matters across the full lifecycle of commercial real estate and construction projects.

The practice blends real estate transactional work with construction contracting, risk allocation and disputes. The firm is looking for a senior lawyer able to lead engagements, manage teams and develop client relationships.

Candidates with a portable practice or existing client relationships in the real estate/construction space are encouraged to apply; the role offers responsibility for business development and practice growth in the market.

Partner-level experience in commercial real estate and construction law, with a record of leading matters.
Proven ability to manage teams and drive client matters from engagement to completion.
Strong business development skills and a demonstrable network of client relationships in the New York market.
Excellent drafting, negotiation and commercial judgment on construction contracts, leases, financings or development agreements.
