Leading national real estate team seeks a senior associate or counsel to join its offices in Los Angeles, New York or Boston. The group advises owners, investors, operators and developers on large-scale acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, development and leasing matters across commercial property types.

The role requires an experienced, transaction-focused lawyer able to run acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing transactions independently, collaborate with a national team, and deliver high-quality, commercially minded client service. The team operates on a hybrid schedule with an expectation of approximately 60% in-office attendance.

JD (or LLM) from an ABA-accredited law school
8+ years’ commercial real estate experience (acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing)
Admitted or eligible for admission in California, New York or Massachusetts
Proven ability to manage transaction lifecycles and review loan documents, purchase agreements and leases
Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, organization and teamwork skills
