Senior associate role within a national real estate disputes team handling a broad range of contentious property work. You will advise on landlord and tenant disputes, development-related disputes (rights of light, restrictive covenants, boundary issues), possession and trespass claims, and property-related insolvency and enforcement matters.

Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting pleadings and witness statements, preparing instructions to counsel, attending hearings and mediations, and managing a personal caseload with appropriate supervision. There are opportunities to support complex litigation, contribute to knowledge sharing and training, and take part in business development activities.

The team acts for developers, investors, landlords, tenants and public sector clients and is known for commercially focused, pragmatic advice. This role is open across multiple UK offices and offers exposure to experienced fee-earners and career development support.

  • Qualified solicitor in England & Wales
  • Approximately 5+ years' PQE in property litigation or real estate dispute resolution (preferred)
  • Proven experience in County Court and First-tier Tribunal proceedings and other civil litigation forums
  • Strong technical knowledge of real estate law, excellent drafting and advocacy support skills, and ability to manage a caseload
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail, and commercial approach
