Growing national real estate practice seeks a Real Estate Finance Associate to join the Atlanta office. The role focuses on multifamily housing finance on the lender s-counsel side, including construction and permanent loan matters.

Day-to-day work includes drafting and negotiating loan documents, coordinating title/survey and closing checklist tasks with support staff, and communicating with lenders, borrowers, and opposing counsel. Experience with affordable housing and bond transactions is a plus.

1-4 years' experience in real estate finance, preferably on lender s-counsel matters
Strong drafting and negotiation skills for loan documents (construction and permanent loans)
Familiarity coordinating title, survey and closing checklists with paralegals
Ability to manage client and opposing counsel communications; collaborative team player
Experience with affordable housing/bond transactions advantageous
