The team advises lenders on construction, bridge and permanent financings as part of a broad commercial practice. The role involves drafting and negotiating mortgage and loan documents, conducting real estate and entity due diligence, and managing transactions from drafting through closing.

The advertised annual salary range is $390,000 to $420,000.

4–6 years' post‑qualification experience representing lenders on construction, bridge and permanent loans
Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating mortgage and loan documents and conducting related real estate/entity due diligence
Admitted and in good standing with the CA or NY state bar
Excellent writing skills and strong academic credentials; able to take ownership of client work and collaborate with team members
