Mid-level associate role on a real estate finance team in Princeton supporting a broad lender-side transactional practice. You will draft and negotiate loan documentation, manage diligence items, and support closings on commercial real estate financings.

The team handles sophisticated lender-side financing matters; the role offers exposure to title and survey review, title insurance and survey-related issues, SNDAs, construction documentation and corporate/formation diligence. Active admission to the New Jersey bar is required.

3–5 years' transactional finance experience (real estate finance or corporate finance), representing lenders
Experience drafting and negotiating loan documentation and related financing agreements
Familiarity with title insurance, surveys, SNDAs, construction documents, and corporate formation diligence
Active New Jersey bar admission
