National law firm is hiring midlevel associates for its U.S. corporate practice with a focus on life sciences transactions. The role supports cross-office transactional work involving collaboration, licensing, supply and other operational agreements for life sciences clients.

Typical matters include drafting and negotiating collaboration and license agreements, supply and product purchase arrangements, and a range of operational documents (e.g., CDAs/NDAs, MTAs, SRAs, CTAs, MSAs). The role is open across multiple U.S. offices.

3-5 years of law firm transactional experience with a focus on life sciences; or 2+ years as in-house counsel in the life sciences industry with transaction experience
Proven experience drafting and negotiating collaboration, license, supply, and operational agreements common to life sciences transactions
Strong commercial judgment, attention to contract drafting detail, and ability to manage deal execution across teams
Juris Doctor (or equivalent) and active bar admission in the U.S. (or eligibility)
