The position focuses on lender-side work: drafting and negotiating mortgage and loan documents, conducting real estate and entity due diligence, and managing matter workflow with senior lawyers and clients. The team operates within a large, full-service firm environment with cross-practice resources.

4–6 years' experience in lender-side real estate finance at a national or regional law firm
Experience with construction, bridge, and permanent loan documentation and related diligence
Strong drafting and written advocacy skills; top academic credentials preferred
Admission and good standing in the CA or NY bar
