Growing national real estate practice seeking a junior associate with 2–3 years of transactional experience to join the Denver office. The role offers exposure to sophisticated matters, direct partner collaboration, and meaningful responsibility on a diverse set of commercial real estate engagements.

Ideal candidates will have experience in real estate finance (lender and/or borrower-side), joint ventures, purchase and sale agreements, and other commercial real estate transactions. J.D. from an accredited law school
2–3 years of substantive real estate transactional experience (real estate finance, lending, joint ventures, commercial transactions)
Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills; client-service orientation
Admission to the Colorado bar or ability to waive in
Excellent academic credentials
