Experienced litigation partner sought to join a highly regarded national law firm’s Austin office to lead and grow its real estate and construction disputes work. The role will handle complex commercial and construction-related litigation matters, manage client relationships, and drive business development in the region.

The successful candidate will work with a multidisciplinary team across the firm, supervise associates, and take a leading role on high‑value matters from pleading through trial and appeal. A portable practice or demonstrable ability to originate and cultivate client work is welcome.

Established litigation partner with substantial experience in real estate-related and construction disputes.
Proven track record of client development and ability to bring or expand portable business.
Experience managing teams and leading matters through trial and appeal.
Strong written and oral advocacy skills; bar admission or eligibility in Texas preferred.
