Established law firm in Los Angeles is seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow its real estate and construction litigation practice. The role focuses on commercial real estate disputes, construction claims, and related contract litigation across complex matters.

The successful candidate will handle high-stakes litigation, manage teams and work collaboratively with transactional colleagues on dispute prevention and risk management. An ability to originate and develop client relationships is important; candidates with an existing, portable practice or demonstrable book of business are encouraged to apply.

Partner-level experience in real estate and construction litigation, including substantial courtroom or arbitration experience
Track record of leading case teams and mentoring associates
Proven client development and relationship-management skills (portable practice welcome)
Excellent drafting, advocacy and negotiation abilities; admitted to practice in California
