Established international law firm in New York is seeking a mid‑level real estate associate with 3–5 years of experience to join its transactional Real Estate group. The role involves working on a broad range of sophisticated commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, fund formation and leasing.

3–5 years of post‑qualification real estate transactional experience (associate level)
Experience on acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, fund formation and/or leasing
Strong academic credentials and prior law firm experience preferred
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction (New York) or ability to obtain admission
