Leading Chicago office seeking a lateral partner to join its transactional real estate team. The role focuses on commercial real estate transactions, representing borrowers, lenders, owners and investors on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing and related commercial matters.

The team values both deal execution and business development; the successful candidate will be expected to bring a portable transactional real estate practice and help grow the group’s presence in the region. This search is centered on commercial real estate transactional experience (not land‑use or zoning‑only practices).

Established partner with significant transactional real estate experience (commercial acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing)
Proven track record of originating and maintaining client relationships; portable book of business required
Experience leading deals and mentoring junior lawyers
Admitted or able to be admitted in Illinois and based in or willing to work from the Chicago office
