Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Fort Worth real estate team. The role focuses on leasing, development and construction matters across sectors including healthcare, renewable energy, industrial/logistics and resort development, and involves collaborations with finance teams on real estate-related financings.

The partner will advise institutional and corporate clients on asset acquisitions/dispositions, complex leasing and construction projects, project development and financing structures. This is a client-facing leadership role with opportunities to build cross-practice relationships and grow market presence in the region.

Established partner-level experience in commercial real estate, construction and related finance (transactional focus)
Proven track record on leasing, development, construction, or renewable-energy project matters; healthcare real estate experience a plus
Ability to lead client relationships and work across practices (finance/banking, regulatory as needed)
Portable client relationships welcome but not required; demonstrable business development capability preferred
Bar admission in Texas or eligibility to obtain admission
