Join a busy national real estate team as an NQ/early-career solicitor supporting a wide range of commercial property work. The team acts for public- and private-sector occupiers, developers and investors on matters including leases, site disposals, development agreements, property funding, due diligence and portfolio management.

You will manage your own caseload, support senior colleagues on larger transactions, draft and review real estate documentation, and liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties to deliver high-quality, timely advice. The role operates on a hybrid working model.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with a genuine interest in property law who wants to develop specialist leasing and commercial real estate skills within a well-regarded national practice.

Qualified solicitor with 0–3 years’ post-qualification experience (NQ to 3 years PQE).
Experience or strong interest in landlord & tenant work, leasing and property management; development experience advantageous.
Solid technical grounding, strong drafting and document-production skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines/targets.
