Join a nationally recognised construction practice within a broader real estate group. The team advises both public- and private-sector clients across major sectors on construction risk, procurement and project disputes, acting in adjudications, arbitration, TCC proceedings, mediation and expert determination.

This role is a disputes-focused senior associate position with opportunities to work on high-value, multi-party matters as well as drafting and negotiating standard-form and bespoke construction contracts (JCT, NEC4 and related documents). The role is open to candidates in Liverpool, Birmingham or Newcastle.

Qualified solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in construction law, with strong disputes experience
Proven ability to run and manage a caseload and to lead adjudications and other dispute resolution processes
Experience advising on or drafting standard forms (JCT, NEC4) and related procurement documentation advantageous
Excellent drafting, advocacy-support and case-management skills; strong organisation and commercial awareness
Team-player with good communication skills and ability to meet targets and tight deadlines
