We are seeking an experienced Costs Draftsperson to join a leading national costs team within a highly regarded health and insurance practice. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-value costs litigation and play a key role in a growing team with a strong reputation in the healthcare sector.

The team is comprised of experienced costs professionals with expertise in costs budgeting, appeals, group litigation, and technical challenges. You will manage a caseload predominantly focused on adverse costs claims on multi-track matters, drafting schedules of costs, bills of costs, and negotiating settlements. This role offers autonomy and the chance to work on files from start to finish.

Experience handling your own caseload
Drafting points of dispute
IT literate, particularly Microsoft Office
Knowledge of the CPR and relevant legislation
Excellent communication, organisation, and research skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Adherence to guidelines and procedures
