Highly regarded national law firm seeks a mid-level real estate transactions associate to join its Los Angeles team. The role focuses on complex commercial real estate matters, including real estate financings (lender and/or borrower-side), joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions across office, multifamily, industrial, retail and hospitality assets.

Ideal candidates will have recent law firm transactional experience, strong academic credentials and excellent drafting and oral advocacy skills. Relevant bar admission (or prompt eligibility) is required. The team works collaboratively across practice groups and offices on sophisticated, market-facing deals.

Mid-level associate (JD Class of 2022–2023 or equivalent transactional experience)
Substantial experience with complex real estate financings, joint ventures, acquisitions and/or dispositions
Experience across one or more commercial asset classes (office, multifamily, industrial, retail, hospitality)
Outstanding academic record and prior comparable law firm experience
Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork skills
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction, or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
