Top-tier real estate transactions team in New York is seeking a mid-level associate to work on complex commercial real estate matters. The role focuses on real estate financings (lender and/or borrower-side), joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions across asset classes including office, multifamily, industrial, retail and hospitality.

Successful candidates will join a collaborative, cross-practice environment and advise sophisticated institutional and corporate clients on deal execution. The group values strong drafting and negotiation skills, commercial judgment, and the ability to manage transaction workflow.

Bar admission (or prompt eligibility) and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

JD (Class of 2022–2023) or equivalent; mid-level associate experience
Substantial experience with complex real estate financings, joint ventures, and acquisitions/dispositions
Experience across commercial asset classes (office, multi-family, industrial, retail, hospitality)
Outstanding academic credentials and strong drafting/negotiation skills
Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly; excellent written and verbal communication
