3–5 years of transactional real estate experience (commercial purchase & sale, joint ventures, lending or similar)
Proven experience managing deals and leading diligence reviews
Strong drafting, negotiation and commercial-contract skills
Excellent writing, communication and organizational abilities; able to hit the ground running
