Experienced construction litigation team in West Palm Beach is seeking a senior associate to handle complex construction and commercial disputes. The role involves managing litigation matters from pre-suit through trial, supervising junior associates, advising on construction defect claims, and supporting contract- and business-dispute work.

8+ years of litigation experience with a focus on construction matters (construction defect, contract disputes).
Proven experience managing junior associates and litigation teams.
