M&A Associate — Corporate, West Palm Beach

Mid-level associate role (4–6 years PQE) in a national/international corporate practice focused on mergers & acquisitions. This is a full-time, office-based position in West Palm Beach working on sophisticated transactional work for a mix of domestic and international clients.

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating transaction documents, managing due diligence, coordinating with tax and regulatory colleagues, preparing closing deliverables, and participating in client calls. The team handles deals across a range of industries and offers cross-office collaboration on larger matters.

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida Bar or willingness to obtain admission promptly.
• 4–6 years of substantive M&A and general corporate experience at a national or regional law firm.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, project management skills, and ability to handle multiple matters in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Experience with cross-border and/or private equity transactions preferred.
