Top-tier international law firm is seeking Rechtsanwälte (m/w/d) to join its Banking team in Frankfurt. The role covers national and cross-border financings, including acquisition and takeover financings, bilateral and syndicated corporate loans, bespoke security structures and real estate, project/infrastructure and export finance.

The team advises on complex, multi-jurisdictional financings for corporate, banking and public-sector clients. You will work on transaction-focused mandates, draft and negotiate financing documentation and coordinate with tax and regulatory colleagues across offices.

German legal qualification (Referendariat completed) and strong exam results
Interest or experience in banking/finance transactions (syndicated loans, acquisition finance, project finance)
