Apply in confidence →Join a high-performing energy transactions team advising on renewable energy development, construction, financing, acquisitions and dispositions. The role focuses on tax credit monetization and project-level capital structures across technologies such as solar, wind, battery storage and clean hydrogen.
The associate will work on tax equity financings, tax credit transfers, joint ventures, preferred equity investments and related project documents, and will support corporate M&A and strategic transactions for public and private clients.
This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience on sophisticated transactional matters with exposure to developers, sponsors, tax equity investors, lenders and other project counterparties.
- J.D. and admission to the Texas bar (or pending admission)
- Practical experience on renewable energy transactions—tax equity, project finance, or M&A
- Drafting and negotiating transaction documents and conducting diligence on project-level deals
- Strong commercial judgment, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team on fast-paced transactions
