Top-tier global law firm is seeking a 2nd–4th year associate to join its Corporate Finance group in the Houston office. The role focuses on syndicated and private credit transactions, acquisition financings and related lending matters.

The team represents administrative agents, lenders and borrowers on club and broadly syndicated credit facilities, private credit facilities and acquisition financings. The position offers significant responsibility for deal management, client interaction and drafting of financing documentation.

2–4 years post-qualification experience in lending/leveraged finance
Experience drafting and negotiating credit agreements, security and intercreditor agreements, commitment letters, term sheets and closing deliverables
Background representing administrative agents, lenders, borrowers and/or private equity-backed portfolio companies preferred
Strong drafting skills, proactive team orientation and excellent academic credentials
Admission to one or more state bars; Texas bar admission a plus
