The successful candidate will advise on debt finance transactions, with an emphasis on private equity acquisition finance. Experience with oil and gas-related transactions is preferred, and representation of borrowers is welcome.
Ideal applicants will have debt finance experience at a peer firm and be ready to take on substantive responsibility in a dynamic practice.
