Ideal candidates are from strong law-firm finance practices with experience on borrower-side financings. Work will involve syndicated and bilateral debt transactions, often supporting private equity acquisition financings and oil & gas-related matters.
- Law school graduate (class years 2020–2023)
- Prior debt finance experience at a peer law firm
- Private equity acquisition finance experience highly desirable
- Experience on oil & gas transactions preferred; borrower-side representation welcome
