Restructuring & Special Situations Finance Associate — Houston

A market-leading business restructuring and reorganization practice is seeking a finance associate to join its Houston team. The role focuses on the top of the capital structure, offering exposure to high-profile chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings.

The associate will represent creditors and borrowers in a range of complex financing and restructuring transactions, with significant responsibility from day one. The team works with hedge funds, CLOs, private equity funds and other financial institutions, providing a sophisticated and dynamic practice environment.

• Law school class years 2019 through 2023.
• Significant experience representing creditors or borrowers in liability management transactions, DIP financings, bankruptcy exit financings and/or special situations financings.
