A national property team is seeking a senior lawyer to lead and grow its residential development offering. The role will sit within an established real estate practice and involve advising housebuilders, landowners and investors on land promotion, plot sales, section 106 obligations, site acquisitions and development agreements.

There are multiple UK office locations under consideration; the post-holder will work closely with regional teams and be expected to take a visible market-facing role, developing client relationships and supporting a team of fee-earners.

Proven experience in residential development law (land promotion, option agreements, development agreements, planning-related transactions).
Track record of leading matters and supervising junior lawyers.
Strong business development and client relationship skills; ability to win and retain instructions.
Qualified in England & Wales (or equivalent) with credible sector contacts.
