Restructuring Associate — Bankruptcy, London

Solicitor-level Restructuring Associate role in the London office of a major international law firm. The role involves advising on cross-border and UK restructurings for private investment managers, corporate borrowers and other financial stakeholders across multiple sectors.

Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting and managing restructuring matters, preparing client reports and presentations, conducting financial analysis and modelling, and helping to develop and implement turnaround and insolvency strategies in coordination with senior lawyers and external advisers.

This is a hands-on role for a 2-3 PQE lawyer (Class of 2022–2023) looking to build a career in restructuring and distressed finance within a large, transactional practice.

• 2-3 PQE (Class of 2022–2023) with experience in restructuring or restructuring-adjacent finance work
• Practical knowledge of UK and cross-border restructuring and insolvency processes
• Strong analytical skills, including financial modelling and commercial judgement
• Excellent written and oral communication and ability to work in a team on multiple matters
