Restructuring Associate — London

We are recruiting a Restructuring Associate (2–6 PQE) to join a growing Financial Restructuring & Special Situations practice in London. This is a hands‑on, transactional role offering early responsibility on complex, fast‑moving mandates.

The role involves advising a range of stakeholders on debt restructurings and lender negotiations, liquidity and working‑capital solutions, liability management, covenant and collateral analysis, alternative funding (including ABLs, mezzanine and PIK) and distressed/opportunistic investments and secondary debt trading.

The practice works closely with corporate and banking teams across the firm, offering exposure to multidisciplinary matters, structured development and a collaborative culture with clear progression opportunities.

• Qualified solicitor with approximately 2–6 years' PQE.
• Experience in restructuring, insolvency, banking & finance, special situations or a related transactional practice.
• Exposure to distressed or stressed scenarios, or a clear desire to pivot into restructuring and capital‑solutions work.
• Commercial judgment, strong client‑facing ability and aptitude for stakeholder negotiation.
• Team player who enjoys cross‑disciplinary collaboration and is motivated by contributing to a growing practice.
