Restructuring Associate — Bankruptcy, London

London-based boutique team within a major international law firm is hiring a Restructuring Associate (2-3 PQE / class of 2022–2023). The role involves advising on UK and cross-border restructurings and distressed-debt matters for private investment managers, corporates and facility borrowers across a range of sectors.

Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting and running restructuring transactions, preparing commercial and legal analysis, building financial models, and drafting reports and stakeholder presentations. The team offers exposure to multi-jurisdictional matters and close collaboration with senior lawyers and clients.

• 2-3 PQE (Class of 2022–2023) with relevant restructuring or finance experience
• Strong financial analysis and modelling skills
• Knowledge of UK and cross-border restructuring processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to manage multiple projects in a team
