Restructuring & Insolvency Lawyer, London

We are seeking a Restructuring & Insolvency Lawyer to join a busy London restructuring practice. The role involves advising on a range of insolvency and restructuring matters, including distressed situations, creditor and debtor-side work, and bankruptcy proceedings.

You will work within a collaborative team handling complex, cross-border and domestic restructuring instructions, supporting clients through formal insolvency processes and commercial recovery strategies.

• Qualified lawyer with experience in restructuring and insolvency matters
• Strong technical knowledge of UK insolvency law and bankruptcy procedures
