We are a leading global law firm with more than 3,000 lawyers across key financial centers worldwide. Our Capital Markets practice is seeking a collaborative, highly motivated lawyer to join our dynamic derivatives team in London.

You will work alongside senior lawyers on a wide range of conventional and Shariah-compliant derivatives matters, including structured derivatives and repo transactions, negotiation and documentation of derivative products, structured finance transactions, and regulatory matters. The role offers an intellectually stimulating environment and the opportunity to advise financial institutions, funds, and corporates on complex, cross-border transactions.

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (candidates with other jurisdictions may be considered)
Experience at a top-tier UK, US, or international law firm, with a focus on derivatives and structured finance
Strong academic background and solid understanding of derivatives products and financial markets
Experience drafting, negotiating, and advising on ISDA agreements, master agreements, and related documentation
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex transactions with accuracy
Proactive, solutions-oriented attitude and willingness to tackle new challenges
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with confidence in client and senior stakeholder interactions
Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking in a dynamic legal landscape
