A leading global law firm is seeking an Expertise (professional support) lawyer to join its Global Loans team. The role supports the wider Global Loans and Global Markets department by driving quality, efficiency and profitability through expertise resources, knowledge capture and delivery of quality initiatives and legal learning programs. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement with home office options in London or Glasgow.

Key responsibilities include designing and delivering training for the department, creating and curating practical guidance documents, monitoring legal and market developments, and developing subject matter expertise in one or more Global Loans workstreams. The role also involves providing technical and practical advice to lawyers at all levels and contributing to thought leadership.

England & Wales qualified solicitor or barrister with technical abilities consistent with an outstanding associate in a City or equivalent firm
Working knowledge of AI tools and legal technology, with an active interest in adopting legal tech solutions in practice
