Qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with c.3–6 years' post‑qualification experience in restructuring/insolvency or related finance work.
Experience on debt restructurings, distressed M&A, administrations, CVAs and/or restructuring plans.
Strong drafting and negotiation skills across restructuring, security and finance documentation.
Commercial mindset, ability to work to tight deadlines and collaborate across national/international teams.
